Dr Fred Toke was previously the Senior Pastor of Mount Olives Church of God and is an ordained minister with the Church of God (Cleveland) TN. Dr Toke is also the Clinical Director of Celebrating Life Resources Centre, a Counselling and Psychotherapy Clinic based in Singapore.
